* The techniques I know aren’t working, what else can I do?
* How do I stay grounded and strong when dealing with other’s distress all day?

These are just some of the issues that new and intermediate practitioners cope with. Having an experienced, supportive mentor to provide concrete instruction as well as personal support can make a huge difference.
